Choosing the right training level is your responsibility
As the activities are designed for different levels of fitness it is important that you adapt you training to your ability to avoid injury. If a session is too hard reduce your effort to a level that you can manage. You can also ask the leader for advice. All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
Buying armbands for health week
Health Week’s armbands cost 250 kronor and include almost all the activities during the week. You can purchase armbands at the Hjo Tourist Information, Hotel Bellevue and at the information tent during Health Week.
Hälsoveckan är helt och hållet ett ideellt evenemang som startade 2013 där likasinnade har en chans att samlas och göra det de brinner för, skapa nätverk, nya vänner och finna ett sundare liv.
Sedan 2018 är Hälsoveckan i Hjo en idell förening.
